What do you think about President Vicente Fox’s intent to sign a bill approved by Mexican lawmakers?

Hopefully, that will make some illegals go back. I think drug lords are paying FOX too much money.

I believe this move by Fox only strengthens our resolve to build a wall, to keep those south of the border , and their contraband, out of the US.

Well by parts. Fox has not yet intended to sign the law, because it needs the approval of the House of Representatives or Cámara de Diputados, since the initiative was approved only by now in the Senate. Anyhow, Fox as President has the Veto right. Second, i do not see what has that to do with Mexico becoming an American colonial possession, there is no logical connection between what you say and the law. Third, the law is ONLY for the people that need the drugs in small amounts IN A MEDICAL WAY, that means for example sick persons with cancer or people that became toxic dependants. You need a medical prescription to carry the drugs with you in order for it not to be a felony.
OK. Now, i agree it is a stupid way to open the door to corruption, yes. It is an excellent way to take away the possibility for local police to fight drug dealers, yes. It is a stupid reform of the penal code and health law, yes. But what makes me really mad is stupid people giving opinions about things that they do not know and connecting a reform proposal that was approved by now only in the Senate, with the immigration issue and American colonialism.
My advise: Read the news and not only the headlines.
