I have 3 felonies. One for manufacturing marijuana, and two for possession of controlled substance. I am on probation, but currently obscounding. If I didn’t commit a new crime in another state, but needed to show identity to an officer, would I be arrested and transported back to Oregon?

He has already been in a juvie home for 30 days & now we have to back to court for numerous drug related charges, possession, possession of parifinailia, intent to sell, illegal poss. of fireworks, underage poss. of alcohol, pety larceny. We’ve been to drug counciling, therapists, a psych. hosp. stay, probation, & a juvinial home for 30 days. He’s a good kid when he’s not smoking, but……..I’m at my wits end! I don’t know what else to do! Maybe letting him get locked up will help? His friends who have gone to jail come out with more of an attitude? Maybe just some words of encouragement will help me through this?!!

Are theses charges all in the crimminal code, or are some in the drug act?
