Drug Possession: New York cops caught planting drugs?

On February 11, 2011, Utica Police officers were allegedly caught on video planting drugs in the vehicle of two individuals. In the full version of the video, UPD pulled the two suspects over and took a plastic bag from one of the men then later reused it to plant the drugs in the car. The two were given felony charges for drug possession even though no drugs were found on them.
