Illegal Drug Possession: El Sobrante residents arrested in American Canyon on alleged drug violations
A man and a woman from El Sobrante were arrested at about 1:17 a.m. Friday in American Canyon on suspicion of drug possession and possession drug paraphernalia after a police officer stopped their Mitsubishi Mirage because the car was weaving and had expired registration tags, police said.
