Possession Of Cocaine: U.S. Sentencing Commission Votes to Apply New Crack Cocaine Sentencing Guidelines Retroactively
On June 30, 2011, the U.S. Sentencing Commission voted unanimously to apply the new guidelines for a federal conviction of crack cocaine possession as established by the Fair Sentencing Act retroactively to those men and women currently incarcerated.

Possession Of Cocaine: Police charge Danbury man with crack possession
DANBURY — A 21-year-old Danbury man was arrested last Friday at 6:12 p.m. on suspicion of crack cocaine possession, police said. Matthew Morris, of Whitlock Street, was also charged with possession of narcotics and possession with intent to sell, police records show.
