Possession Of Cocaine: Detroit Police arrest Homicide suspect



Again, due to “Good Old Police Work”, Detroit Police arrested Kevin Hill (34) for a murder he allegedly committed in 2010, stated Chief Ralph L. Godbee, Jr. On March 17, 2010, at approximately 2:00 am, in the 19200 block of W. 8 Mile Road, 38-year-old Jeremy Wagner was a valet attendant. Mr. Wagner had a verbal altercation with Kevin Hill which escalated into a physical altercation. Minutes later, it’s alleged that Hill was driving a vehicle and struck Mr. Wagner. Hill fled the scene. Mr. Wagner was privately conveyed to a local hospital where he was treated for his multiple injuries and listed in critical condition. Later on that morning, Mr. Wagner died from his injuries. After a meticulous and thorough investigation, the Detroit Police Homicide Investigator submitted the warrant request and evidence to the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office. The warrant was signed, charging Hill with Murder. Over a year later on May 2, 2011 around 9:50 pm, Detroit Police Officers were on patrol when they observed a Silver Cadillac traveling eastbound on Clarita with insufficient rear lighting. The officers initiated a traffic stop at Clarita and Bentler, advising the male driver of the traffic violation. He produced a Michigan State Identification card to the officers. Due to the training these officers received from the Secretary of State Office’s Fraudulent Unit on “Identifying Fake Driver Licenses and Identification Cards”, they were able to detect a fraudulent Michigan ID.
