Drug Possession: Jeremy Mayfield Arrested For Meth Possession

WATCH FULL VIDEO AT NEWSTOP20.INFO Jeremy Mayfield, the former NASCAR driver who was suspended indefinitely in 2009 for violating the organization’s substance abuse policy, has been arrested for drug possession and may face further charges after stolen goods were found in his home. Mayfield, 42, was arrested Tuesday at his western North Carolina home and charged with possession of methamphetamine, according to The Associated Press. Records from the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office indicate that he was charged with possessing 1.5 grams of meth.
