wrong. you cannot sue a stock broker? or your mom either when she gives you advice. Im just updating for the purpose to share and maybe take some advice… I went to court today and the judge didnt let me go any further than me saying, Im here for that matter, no im not MR.DELAWHAT. Judge, well since he is not here I motion to issue a warrant. I said ok thank you. Then I when and got? a seal from the clerk and made a video to show proof that i was in deed there but not the person they were looking for… whats next??

I’ve spent 4 years studying and learning what is going on in our court system and it is absolutely amazing what the truth really is…p.s. attorneys are not taught or told about the real law in “law school”…the BAR association wants to keep them in the fold and will go to untold lengths to keep them from stumbling across? what is really happening in the courts.
Right, traffic court is a bit baffling to me. We are also taught that there are two types of courts – civil and criminal – yet traffic doesn’t fall into either. I’m seem many videos where judges have been asked if it is a criminal offense, to which they always answer no and say it is a “violation”. But if it were a civil case, then the city would have to prove damages, which they can’t do either. So how is it legit at all??
So? i would like to learn of the motions he filed, so I can see how this man challenged the jurisdiction of the Judge in this case. The Judge makes 30% profit? from every case the court wins. So the Judge has a business interest in you losing. This encourages corrupt in the court system.
