Drug Possession: Family of dead British aristocrat demands answers from Kenya Police

www.ntv.co.ke The family of the aristocrat who died in a South Coast hospital a day after the police arrested him is demanding answers over their son’s death. The father of the deceased Right Honorable Lord Nicholas John Monson urged the government to take action against the police who allegedly assaulted his son. The postmortem report conducted by private and government pathologists shows that his son died due to blunt trauma force in the head which caused high pressure resulting in a heart attack. Lord Nicholas also said the police should not use drugs as an excuse to his death because the evidence was out in the clear. 28-year-old Alexandre Monson, who was a psychologist, was arrested on Friday by tourist police at Tandori Club in Diani, where he was allegedly found smoking bhang outside the club. His body will be cremated at the Hindu crematorium in Mombasa on Friday

who cares if he? was doing drugs then there is a legal way of dealing with that. he has every right to demand that justice be done

If the attitude of the son was like that? of the father then it’s no wonder he got a beating. ”Who cares about drugs”?…bloody moron.

  • geriatronix:

In Kenya this is only news because the deceased is the son of? an aristocrat. I bet thousand die each year in similar circumstances in the custody of police and there is never justice for them.
I wish the entire police force can be re-constituted a fresh.

  • stash51:

You’re missing the whole point.? Police are not judge and jury, simple as that. So the offence really doesn’t matter.
