@Jimi Hendrix why the fuck did you bring up illegal weed. I am talking about weed that will be sold from legal dispensaries. Plus, even though the high taxes was the reason why weed became semi-legal in Washington doesn’t mean anything. (on average it takes about 200,000 to 300,000 a year per inmate in tax dollars). Now we can keep real criminals (the violent ones) in jail instead of letting them out early due to overcrowding. The private prison industry will probably be against it. Yes, there are privately owned prisons.
the 14th-17th amendments are unconstitutional. They where past after the civil war for the express purpose of? depriving the states of their autonomy. They did not meet he requirements of the 5th amendment, as put down by the founders, for passing an amendment.
