Illegal Drug Possession: Cotten now facing 28 years in prison
KINGMAN — A Bullhead City man now faces 28 years in prison after his sentencing in a drug case. Joseph Ken Cotten, 30, was convicted in May of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia for possessing methamphetamine May 30, 2009.

TIJUANA, Mexico (AP) — A federal judge ordered the release of former Tijuana Mayor Jorge Hank Rhon early Tuesday, saying officials lacked evidence to charge him with illegal weapons possession after a military raid on his house.
