How Can I Explain This on Job Apps?
Question by Chance: How can I explain this on job apps?
I have a felony from last year when i was 16, its a marijuana possession charge. I was on probation first for a stupid conspiracy charge but that cleared once I was done with probation but the marijuana stayed because I got caught with it while on probation. How can I explain this on an application when filling it out?

If it’s cleared, they’ll find the conspiracy but technically can’t use that against you.
If you had a felony on a drug charge, you must have had a crap ton of it. In my state they treat it now as an infraction ( not misdemeanor).
On the have you been convicted of a felony click the yes button. It will prob ask you for a date and “why”. You could write “probation violation” or “drug possession”. They don’t need every single detail. Usually as long as it isn’t a sex crime or violent crime, you should be okay
