Question by Deborah!: What is the penalty for being under the influence of cocaine in California?
No driving, no drugs found, just cocaine. This would be the first time for this kind of incident and the person is 18 years old.

drug diversion program, then it’s dismissed. Usually no jail or conviction if first time and go thru drug diversion.
