• Thomas J. Jordan, 23, of the 100 block of South Pine Street was arrested Sunday on charges of possession of crack cocaine, drug possession in a school zone and possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges relate to drugs and a scale found while a search warrant was executed following a Sept. 15 traffic stop on Spruce Street. Jordan was held on $ 150,000 bail in Cumberland County Jail.
