• Melvin Burden, 53, of the 100 block of South East Avenue was arrested at 5:52 p.m. Saturday after police saw him littering near East Commerce Street and Coral Avenue. A patrol officer also noted Burden discarded something, which was later determined to be a package of cocaine and a crack pipe.
