Are There Any Advocacy Groups Against “Victimless Crime” Laws?

Question by Pareidolon 6,o: Are there any advocacy groups against “victimless crime” laws?
I’m talking about specifically against laws that regulate what one person does to avoid risk that he will hurt himself. For example I might include seatbelt and bike helmet laws, laws regulating suicidal behavior, drug possession or consumption (not talking about sales). I’m looking for a dedicated advocacy group, watchdog group, lobby, etc.

Thanks.
