Question by Rick: Cocaine cause numbness?
How does cocaine cause numbness? and why doesn’t meth?
M: I know what you stated. Im asking why is that unique to cocaine and why not other cns stimulants, primarily those affecting the same receptors

Cocaine and meth are chemically unrelated, although they’re both CNS stimulants.
Cocaine is also a topical anesthetic, like novocaine and lidocaine It’s the “caine” part that’s the anesthetic.
