WINDSOR, Ont. – A Windsor, Ont., police officer charged with drug possession in the U.S. is now facing a charge in Canada. Windsor police say they have charged Const. David Bshouty with possession of a controlled substance — believed to be the prescription narcotic Oxycodone.
