Is Marijuana a Class C or B Offence?
Question by cradle_of_filth_is_awesome: Is marijuana a class c or b offence?
I need to know as quickly as possible because i was arrested by a cop on Friday the 24th of Febuary for marijuana possession and they handcuffed me to a bench and in the same room there was a poster which said: “do not handcuff juviniles unless violent or have committed a class b or greater offence.” So i’m trying to see if the cops are at fault.

It is a class C offense, so he shouldn’t have handcuffed you. On the other hand, you also shouldn’t be smoking pot. So, rather than nitpicking at what the cops are doing, why don’t you take responsibility for your own actions, make some changes in your life, and stop trying to blame others for your own bad decisions. The people who are successful in life learn from their mistakes and work hard not to repeat them. If you need help, get help, but don’t waste your life trying to avoid the obvious consequences of your actions. They will ALWAYS catch up to you.
How Can I Explain This on Job Apps?
Question by Chance: How can I explain this on job apps?
I have a felony from last year when i was 16, its a marijuana possession charge. I was on probation first for a stupid conspiracy charge but that cleared once I was done with probation but the marijuana stayed because I got caught with it while on probation. How can I explain this on an application when filling it out?

Answer by ThinkAboutIt
If it’s cleared, they’ll find the conspiracy but technically can’t use that against you.
If you had a felony on a drug charge, you must have had a crap ton of it. In my state they treat it now as an infraction ( not misdemeanor).
What Happens if You Fail the First Drug Test on Probation?
Question by Danny: What happens if you fail the first drug test on probation?
I was arrested for possession and paraphanelia I’m 18 and this was my first offense I have probation for a year. I went to probation once and they said they are gonna drug test me next time I go. I was smoking a lot Atleast 2 grams everyday. I’m 5’6 130 pounds is 18 days enough to get it out of my system and what happens if I fail?

If you fail they put you in a maximum security state prison.
Answer by George
they’ll yell at you. the worst they’ll do is make you go to drug classes and schedule a hearing to review your probation (which is another way to say “waste of time”). you probably won’t get it out of your system. you can tell the po ahead of time that your gonna fail, and when you do they won’t be mad and act like you lied. either way, they won’t send you to jail when you fail (unless you did something to make them hate you). hope this helps bro.
Missouri Firearms and Convicted Felons?
Question by jaja: missouri firearms and convicted felons?
What is the law in “missouri” for those felons convicted of drug offenses and in possession and/or carrying or in range of firearms?
Does the federal law over rule the state law and if so how the heck does two convicted felons get away with having multiple firearms on their premises?
I assume no matter rifle, shot gun or hand gun its all considered firearms with the exception of the antique firearms?

Will I Be Able to Use a Firearm to Hunt With This Record in MO-Tired of Not Having Rights After Working Hard?!?
Question by benny84: Will I be able to use a firearm to hunt with this record in MO-tired of not having rights after working hard?!?
My situation-
basically SIS sentencing for 2 B felonies ran concurrent for possession w/intent in 2004 or Jan 2005 actual sentencing date. Did institution treatment released on 5 yrs probation-completed it. Note: Denied probation, did part of sentence but fought it in MO state court and had judges decisions overturned/granted release (under same conditions as if the sentence wasn’t served/executed.)
About two yrs ago rec’d first offense DUI misdemeanor conviction-did treatment and one of two years probation. Granted early probational release.
Now, as I understand it, I should have a “sealed record” for the drug charge; albeit it is possible to view from public right now.
As I understand it, I still won’t ever be eligible for expungement according to MO state law.
