when you’re arrested, they don’t know if it’s cocaine or baking powder…until they get results from the lab…something along that line.

it is possession of a controlled substance. if a person gets charged with this they obviously had no medical reason for possession (prescription drugs) and if it was a schedule 1 (illegal drugs) they obviously had no reason period! the charges are listed usually in the public health code…
