Do Magistrates Drug Test You?
Question by Jeremy: do magistrates drug test you?
heres my story. i got busted for weed in school. got expelled. had to meet this one magistrate. she gave me 30 hours of community service. i had to go to this drug meeting and had to meet this drug? consleor at my school. she didnt drug test me the first time i met her. is she going to drug test me. someone said i dont have a probation officer i just cant get in trouble till like march next year. am i going to get drug tested. hurry i meet with her Tuesday at 7:00 pm.
no not the school conselour. i just had to meet with her. no the first time i met with the magistrate i didnt get drug tested. i didnt have to go downtown or anything cuz it was my first offense. my friend brought a knife to school and got a 5th degree felony charge he has to go downtown. i just think well just talk about what we went over what we finished and if ive stayed out of trouble and i learned from my mistakes. well thats what my mom says. because im sure they wouldnt want me to stay any longer than that to do a drug test. at least thats what im hoping, cuz you can never be to sure.
and im not on probation cuz i dont have a probation officer that i meet with. i just cant get in trouble for a certain amount of time. if i do then i go downtown with that charge and the possession charge.

Is It OK to Send a Application for a FOID Card if You Might Have a Felony ?
Question by L: Is it OK to send a application for a FOID Card if you might have a Felony ?
My brother wants to get his FOID card , he was charged with a Felony PCS in 2004 , went to court and ordered to drug classes , after completion of drug classes the judge said his case was dismissed.
Now he is not sure if he has it on his record or not.
The FOID application says he can be charged with a Felony if he fills out the application falsely.
If he checks NO , he never been convicted of a felony , it comes up he has , will they charge him with a felony ?
Like I said the case was dismissed so the avegage joe would consider his record clean.
