Question by Maggie: My friend has the following charges in Ohio? What might his punishment be?
He has three F3 charges…Illegal Manufacture of drugs or cultivation of marijuana, possession of drugs and tampering with evidence.
He had about 11 pounds of marijuana on him.
Anyone know what kind of time he’s looking at. It’s his first offense.

Eleven pounds was not for “personal use”, so he will be convicted of felony possession with intent to distribute and be subject to “mandatory minimum sentencing requirements”, unfortunately for him.
