Question by Germal: What happens if you get caught with a gram of marijuan, 2 grinders and a scale in Montgomery county?
I got arrested for possession of the small amount of marijuana and the parifinalia. I need to know the sentencing guidelines.

it depends of where you live, in some countries where did they arrested you (e. in the park) . For example in Michigan i think that the incarceration is up to 1 year, and the fine up to $ 2000 (any amount). If you search on google weed laws i think that you will find somethin.

You will get a slap on the wrist. Which entails as probably some probation (where you will be drug tested) and court fees. It’s not a HUGE deal because it was only a gram, which can be considered a “personal” amount in otherwords “no intent to sell.”
It’s a misdemeanor charge.
Just be good while you’re on probation and you won’t have to see what a jail cell looks like.    Read more...

That usually means murder/suicide, or it could be that one of the wounded was the shooter.

That pretty much limits the possibilities.

“On a Thursday afternoon in August 1998, Booker Hudson, Jr. sat in the front room of his Detroit home. Suddenly seven Detroit police officers burst through Hudson’s front door and ordered him to freeze.

They had a search warrant for drugs, and Officer Jamal Good found five rocks of crack cocaine in Hudson’s pocket.
