I said no. i have a daughter 14. doesn’t like him, and is depending on me to move into another area in ohio for schooling. she just moved back in with me 1 year ago. the baby was born in December. he’s beautiful he looks like him. not sure though. everyday for 1 year i have thought of him. i crave him. i miss him inside me so much. my dad called him, i was to afraid. he called back. he sounded nervous, excited, i could tell he still felt the same for me. he said,”When are you coming to florida?” i want to. But, my daughter won’t. her father won’t let her. My dad is old, and i want him to enjoy his grandson. But, i want my son to know his dad. If he is? I have an x-boyfriend who said he would be the father figure. But, we fight, he does crack. i don’t want him around when he’s high. the guy in florida smoke’s pot

And my son could possiblely have a dad. finances are tough, anything happens to my dad and i am in trouble. no backups, no one to help me. But, Jeff(in florida) doesn’t love me. He loves me but, isn’t in love with me. He doesn’t know if he wants to ever get married to me. He isn’t attracted to my weight! i am size 20. he is fit. he wants me to get down to a size 8! I feel intimitated that he doesn’t want me and i’ve been with too many men who didn’t love me for me. Should i take the chance?

Suspended for Possession of Marijuana on School Property Help?!?

Question by John: Suspended for possession of marijuana on school property help?!?
Ok so at my high school there was a little incident. I was called down because “a mother called concerned that i was dealing drugs to her middle school child on school property” but this is 100% false. I am not a dealer and i dont go around asking people if they want to buy weed from me, but I have given about 2 people a gram each in exchange for money my entire life. My principle and assistant principle continued to throw me out questions like “are u a daily smoker? who do you smoke with? have you sold on school property? who are the dealers in the school?” So i kept each question simple/honest and said “no i am not a daily smoker but i smoke on occasion if i am ever stressed or if i cant go to sleep, but i do smoke with my friends on weekends to have a good time. I have never sold on school property but i have sold twice a gram to 2 kids my entire life because they were in desperate need and i had enough to give them. Also the reason why i sold was because i just wanted to make back a little bit of money for the amount i bought it for so i am not looking to make a profit out of this. im not going to tell u who the kids i smoke with are because you and they have nothing to do with this and for the drug dealers that are concerned, everyone has weed in the school so if you ask around, people will be able to sell to you.” After I answered the questions they said “We have to search your bag and phone”. And i’m like to myself “oh sh** i have weed in here”. I let them search my bag and there they find a jar of 5 gram bags. This is the second time i have ever brought to school and it was just a coincidence that i happen to bring weed, A LOT of it, the day i get called down. They have asked me who I got this from and what I was gonna use it for. I told them I got it from _____ ______ baggied up about 2 weeks ago and havent used it since and that this was all for my personal use after school, but not smoking it on school property, and maby a couple of friends also that would like to smoke as well. Now i am suspended for 5 days out of school, and i have a hearing with my superintendent next friday morning to see my actual punishment. They said the minimum suspension they have seen was 25 days out of school and some kids even were expelled. So after telling you my story, what do you think my punishment will be for having the possession of marijuana on school property? Does the school have the right to punish me or get involved if I go after the kid who told on me and possibly send him to the hospital if it is not on school property?

How Good or Bad Is My College Essay?

Question by Playstation Fan: how good or bad is my college essay?
I have to do a college essay for English over my chosen topic “Explain a social, national, or international problem, and it’s importance to you”
Prison Housing
For years the United States of America has utilized taxes for building schools, roads, hospitals, fortifying law enforcement, and providing government assistance such as school lunches or loans all for the greater good of the American people. But never has so much been used to house dangerous criminals or petty misdemeanors. In 2010 the U.S. Census Bureau recorded a whopping two million Americans incarcerated in prison and even more in juvenile correctional facilities, probation, and parole. It costs an average $ 47,000 per inmate per year for them to be housed and cared for. Almost forty billion precious American dollars every year spent taking care of murderers, thieves, rapists, and other national iniquities. I was outraged at the three square meals a day, lights, clothes, television, recreational activities, shelter, and beds these prisoners were receiving for free that some deprived children have never seen even before. Not to mention the free college education some prisons offer to their occupants for free, while students who follow the law have neck breaking student loans. So much hard earned American money has gone to these brutes and even in confinement their jail terms and costs still deter the U.S. economy. This waste of money is astonishing and a hindrance to the economy. The average cost to house an inmate is just as high as the income of the average American family which in some cases might not even be enough to sustain a family. That being said, one prisoner with a ten year sentence will sap almost half a million dollars from needy children, families, and elderly while being fed, educated and clothed on tax payer dollars. According to the Legislatives Analyst Office it prisoners get an average of $ 9,000 for Medicare for free, some Americans can’t even get good Medicare, and reducing this by a mere half would save America ten billion dollars a year. These wastes of money are hurtful to American integrity and society; one man’s unethical actions should not outweigh the needs of a family of four. I believe there are very good solutions to this problem that would greatly benefit society and prisoners alike. The academic education budget for prison can cost up to 213 million dollars a year and by cutting that in half a great deal of money can be put to more efficient and better teaching alternatives can be taught. A first degree murder should not be receiving so much money in scholarships and degrees college students are working hard for, but instead explicit education in moral and developing social skills. Teaching ethics to prisoners instructors can improve an inmate’s morality and prevent them from committing crimes again because on average four in 10 offenders will return to jail in a short time. Another resolution to the problem is to remove the state death penalty. It is cruel and violates the “cruel and unusual” eighth amendment in the Bill of Rights, because it allows a group of people to watch a person whether it has been an electric chair, firing squad, or injection die. Not only is this punishment amoral, but it also is a very costly procedure costing up to 2.4 million dollars per death row nominee. California alone spends 114 million dollars a year dealing with the death penalty. By removing the death penalty and giving life in prison instead, which is much cheaper, would tremendously cut prison housing costs. One heavy hitting solution would be for judges to shave years off of minor misbehaviors such as drug possession, burglary and theft, by shortening these sentences by one to two years would be the biggest contribution to cutting the cost of prison housing. In conclusion the cost to house prisoners is too much and it is hurting the Americas economy and its families and I believe there are better solutions and alternatives to this problem.
