Question by Mason S: Am I looking at probation?
I recently got charged with possession of marijuana small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, and duties at stop sign. What do you think will be my consequences? I’m 19 years old and from Pennsylvania. This is my first offense. Just looking for some answers?

P.S. Don’t lecture me on how marijuana is bad, I already know what I’ve done is wrong

Its not bad .. tabacco should be illegal & marijuana should be legal! But your prob looking at some community service .. maybe 6months probation

I am orginally from PA and let me tell you – you are majorly screwed.

Your case will most likely be heard by a “District Magistrate”. The fact that this is your first offense for a common drug is ok. But they will still rake you over the coals.    Read more...
