Are There Any Advocacy Groups Against “Victimless Crime” Laws?

Question by Pareidolon 6,o: Are there any advocacy groups against “victimless crime” laws?
I’m talking about specifically against laws that regulate what one person does to avoid risk that he will hurt himself. For example I might include seatbelt and bike helmet laws, laws regulating suicidal behavior, drug possession or consumption (not talking about sales). I’m looking for a dedicated advocacy group, watchdog group, lobby, etc.

Thanks.

Are Methamphetamine Pipes Illegal Absent of Meth?

Question by Bugt: Are methamphetamine pipes illegal absent of meth?
I was wondering if the possession of a meth pipe would be considered as paraphernalia unused. Also I wonder if it would give authorities a reasonable cause to search your car, person etc.? Whats your take?

meth pipe…or oil burner?
it’s a joke…who uses meth pipes as an oil burner? What is an oil burner? It’s true that illegalizing the sale of meth pipes…er….oil burners wouldn’t discontinue the rise of meth, but it’s a joke that the law would allow such sale. Hemp is a viable comodity in clothing…people still use pipes to smoke tabacco…but oil burners?
