When Is My Possession of Controlled Substance Going to Be on My Record?

Question by quirino q: when is my possession of controlled substance going to be on my record?
i was caught with a quarter of a gram of marijuana on april 19,2012. i had a court (pre-trial) on may 25th,2012; i pleaded guilty in my pre-trial. my actual sentencing date is on july 30th, 2012. i am trying to get hired anywhere before the carge is on my record. on my job applications i am stumped wether to say yes on my job application where it ask’s “have you ever been convicted on any drug charges”(i do not know what to say yes/no). i am going to be on (7411); on the form i sighed it states to say “NO” on any job application, but does it do into effect ASAP or after i have successfully completed the program? or is my charge on my record until i complete the program? another thing during the small gap July 16th-30th is my drug charge going to show up on a backround check by an employer?<<<< this is what i am actually trying to know. thank you and god bless Best answer:

You go to a different school.

Answer by CuriousOne
I don’t think you can. Back in my place. If you are expelled, you can’t go back in or even go to other school, unless it’s the cheap and horrible school filled with easy class when you’re suppose to learn something else higher which will help you in the future.
