He was caught upon arrival in HONGKONG in a hand carried bag. Was he a victim? No. He already admitted taking COCAINE since 2004 and according to Chinese doctor testifying in court, probably a psychiatrist is that SINGSON has a suicidal tendency. Which I believe it. By mere looking at a person like SINGSON he hide his emotional pain and misery behind his suit and position. That is why in my own conclusion that he decided to run for the house of representative is to mingle to more people and break his bad habit and get back to reality in no time at all. But it didn’t work, when he is depress he immediately take drugs to sooth his pain and some how forget his own problems.
WHO WOULD WANT TO FRAME such a well known family clan of SINGSON of ILOCOS anyway? The Singsons of Ilocos has many tale or stories. One of them is that his father, Chavit Singson is a jueteng lord, gambler and all the nasty stuff. But did anybody took to the media and expose it? None I suppose because they knew the Singsons if you expose them you better dig your own grave. So who would you think somebody will plant a drug inside the coat or a bag of Congressman Singson?
