just to start of.. all you hating. I was not charged with anything.. this is for a project.
A man charged with
“attempt to possess a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking”
“possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking”
“possession of stolen property from a police investigation”
“brach of trust as a police officer in connection with other offences”
Are theses charges all in the crimminal code, or are some in the drug act?

this is a charge not related to drugs but:
a different man charged with
“he wilfully promoted hatred”
is that crimminal code?

in the CDSA (controlled drugs and substances act, I believe) in Canada. They are in most student manuals with the criminal code.
