I was arrested with this girl and got charged with “Paraphernalia” she got charged with “Paraphernalia ” and “Possession” while we were parked in car just sitting. The cops came by to ask why we were parked, said they smelt marijuana and searched us and the car. They found a pipe and 2 grams in her purse, along with a pipe on the floor under my seat. Not on my person. I don’t smoke pot, and she does on a regular basis (even after his incident, she still does). If i went to court and claimed the pipe was not mine, and that the pipe was part actually of her belongings including the one found in her purse including the marijuana, and requested to submit to a drug test to show that she smokes and I don’t, could the finger be pointed at her since it was in fact hers to begin with (she wants to put on me to get out of the charge) since it was in HER vehicle which i just literally entered upon getting arrested, leaving me to beat the case?

Why are you here even asking this question anyway, you want to put your permanent criminal history in the hands of the 7th grader that is going to answer you?
Contact a lawyer before you do anything else.
You can get an independent blood test to prove you were not smoking the marijuana but it will cost you a lot.
I am so glad I quit pot – my life has been substantially better ever since!
