It should be treated the same as alcohol and be subject to the same laws that govern smoking tobacco, i.e. you can’t smoke it in bars, restaurants, etc.

NO. Only pot heads would think this should be. The rest of us don’t want to get high from second hand inhilation of it. It’s disgusting and has ruined lives more than it helps medically.
No. Cigarettes are on their way out as it is. If we legalize pot, should we legalize acid or cocaine too?
It messes people up. It’s been proven to permanently change brain chemistry. It can be connected to car accidents — DWI is “intoxicated” which means any drug. And frankly it just ruins lives. I’ve seen some good people turn into slackers because they just wanted to hang out & get stoned.
