What is the legal definition of “possession” (preferably in California, but all answers valued). Does it mean ownership, carrying upon one’s person, or having it in an immediate vicinity ? Examples, specifics, and citations are desirable.
No, I don’t have any friends who do illegal stuff like drugs. And I don’t do drugs. I heard that shuriken are illegal to “possess,” and I was thinking about collecting some, so I wanted to see what possession meant. I just want to make sure I will obey all laws of the state.
