Take Action: bit.ly Patrick Exume was stopped by two plainclothes officers that hopped out of an unmarked car with their guns drawn. They did not identify themselves, and after searching him several times, they eventually found a small clip of marijuana in the side pocket of his cargo pants. The officers tried to strike a deal with Patrick proposing that, if he were able to provide them information on somebody else, he would be able to go home and would even earn some money. Patrick was falsely charged and illegally arrested for with marijuana in public view.
