Hahahahah? when did you become a tax attorney? No, she’s not a waste of your tax dollars. For starters the government holds the right to use your tax dollars you are legally obligated to give them. Secondly she broke the law, she has to face a court, and face the legal consequences according to their state laws. So it’s fair game and if you don’t even live in Florida nothing is coming out of your tax dollars for this girl, even if you did I doubt any of your tax money would go to her.

That is a court, courts aren’t really about respect; they are about law. At least that’s what they are mean’t for, sure what she did is disrespectful. You cannot just give out thirty days because you didn’t like how? someone talked to you.

That is true, but that is a court room, judge, and defendant, in a real legal case that decides her fate. A stupid comment ( which is not illegal to speak what you feel ) is no excuse for thirty days. especially with an offender that has no priors.
