A Bossier City man was arrested Friday, July 1st for the possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, Valium and Xanax. According to the Bossier Sheriff’s Office, Justin Ryan Gray, 24, of the 2300 block of Windsor Court, was involved in a motorcycle crash.
