Drug Possession: Detention bureau deputy arrested on drug charges
GREEN COVE SPRINGS – A Clay County detention bureau deputy arrested Monday, July 18, on drug-related charges has been fired by Sheriff Rick Beseler. Larry Labay Jr. was arrested at his home on misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana under 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.
