    makes no difference if it is a million plants or a million pounds..It is all medicine that someone in this country needs…stop convicting ppl for plants and start making this Country use our Tax $ for real criminals and stop? some of our REAL crime. The problem is real criminals shoot back no fun to arrest someone who will shoot back a lot easier and safer to arrest peaceful ppl that use a plant!!!!

    Jury nullification is in the 7th Amendment. I even says it is the last resort ofr bad, unjust laws. The jury, properly prepared can simply say not-guilty and nullify the attempt at ruling to convict anyone for a law that is unconstitutional. The drug war is based on unconstitutional laws. The jury? can also decide whether or not a punishment fits the crime..it is the last refuge for a government by for and of the people.
