Drug Possession: Perez sentenced on Monday
The North Platte Telegraph Luke Perez was facing up to 80 years in prison, but on Monday was sentenced to 16 to 31 years. The sentence comes from two charges of home invasion from last year, and a recent drug charge for possession of a controlled substance.
