It should be legalized, and it’s more vital than ever now with what’s going on in Mexico. I don’t think anyone died, except some idiots who tried to concentrate it and shoot it up. I heard 3 tried it and 2 died and the other barely made it. I guess it’s not a good idea to do that, don’t know why.

If Pot were legalized it would ruin the drug cartels in Mexico that are destroying Mexico, or what was left of it. We should take some smart measures that really yield effective results, not just get all hung up on some idiosyncratic garbage like we did over prohibition with such ugly results. If there had never been prohibition there would have never been the mob activity it generated and we probably wouldn’t have the Kenedys or Obama.

We are screwing the pooch with this illegal substances thing. It creates crime, and the profit motive gets the stuff pushed around and more popular and prevalent than it ever would have been without the profit motive.

If you want to stop drugs from getting around, you would be better off taking the profit out of it. We just decide we don’t like it so it must be illegal no matter how badly that works out for the ultimate goal. THINK PEOPLE … THINK!

Does anyone care? It seems like the only people that give a crap about this are the people that smoke it…

Have you tried getting it legalized? Or do you just complain about it being illegal?

It’s not about the overdose, it’s about stupidity.

People smoke dope, crash their car and kill innocent people, just like alcohol. The average american isn’t responsible.

  • $timulus:

Experiment conducted for many years prove people high on herb score much lower. And, eventually, it just stays low whether high or not.

For anybody who prefers to be dumb or dumber.

  • easy24q:

There is not one documented death associated with pot.
It should be more legal than booze.

  • J:

no, but only because i wudnt wanna pay more for it. and, no one, ever.

  • HIllbilly Yacht Club Member:

How many people are killed daily in the drug cartel wars going on in the countries that produce marijuana. How many Americans have been kidnapped in Mexico to be given a “gifts” to the drug lords. Educate yourself to the crime and death occurring daily throughout the world caused by the manufacturing of drugs, including marijuana. There is no such thing as a victimless crime and marijuana is far from a harmless drug.

  • desotobrave:

Of course, it should. I don’t smoke it. Its relative safety is irrelevant. If you don’t harm someone, you should be able to do as you choose.

Hillbilly, you should think before you post such nonsense. Those crimes clearly occur due to the “War on Drugs”.

  • Bumfuq, North Carolina:

It should be legalized and none.

  • Improper Bostonian:

    Texas… I adore you…
But nope I don’t think it should be only because it is impairing and when people use it and drive, that’s an issue for me, I compare it to the same as drunk driving. But you’re right no one has died from it that I know of.

It has been decriminalized here in MA. though.

  • Sprechen Sie Douche?:

Alcohol is worse than Marijuana and it is legal because of lobbyists If NORMAL lobbied and gave $ to certain politicians it would be legal too. It is all about politics.
