  • Citicop:

    Define “following and harassing.”

If they have a reason to stop you for each contact, it is not harassment. If they are on a public street going wherever they want, it is not harassment.

Call the department and complain (which will be taken more or less seriously depending on whether they keep finding you with drugs in your possession.)

First of all. Are you sure that they are drug agents? Maybe it’s the bad guys following you. You have every right to have them checked. Make a Police report with Local LE. Or simply call the Sheriffs Dept while they are following you and have the Deputy question them. I really believe if you were being tailed by law Enforcement that you would not know it. These guys are highly trained and skilled at what they do. Do you have children is there any reason that someone would hire a Private Investigator to follow you. If so Private Investigators are not cops. They can be arrested for following you. You have the right to press charges against them. I would like to add that if you are using or selling. Think of the lives in jeopardy including your own. Hope this helps.
