Felony Drug Possession: Driver who injured passenger faces 10 years in prison
The North Platte Telegraph Matthew Seamann, 28, will face up to 10 years in prison when he is sentenced on two Class 3A felony convictions for causing injury to his passenger during a DUI accident in December of 2009 and leaving the scene.
