Officers from the Monroe Police Mobile Enforcement Team arrested a West Monroe man on an improper turn, no driver’s license, possession of marijuana with intent, possession of cocaine, illegal carrying of a firearm by a convicted felon, illegal carrying of a firearm (possession of gun and drugs) and possession of drug paraphernalia Wednesday evening.
