• Shelly A. Finlaw, 48, of the 200 block of Atlantic Street was arrested at 9:08 p.m. Saturday and charged with possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia (a crack pipe). She was caught smoking crack in a restroom at Wendy’s on Broad and Bank streets.
