I have never heard of blood clots in the gums. Can you explain further? Snorting cocaine can cause lesions in the nose and then when you blow your nose a big glob of blood can come out but that is because the cocaine irritates the lining of the nostrils and with repeated use it gets worse.
Are there other reasons you think she is doing cocaine? Maybe you should confront her directly.

cocaine does give clots, in fact people that OD on it have strokes and IDC (intravascular dissemminated coagulation). So it’s totally possible that this is the reason especially if she smokes crack (as opposed to sniffing it).
