Question by ProudMama4710: Can heavy cocaine use have permanent health affects?
My friend was a heavy cocaine user for years. He has been clean for 2 years now but sometimes he sounds like he still has a drip. Is it possible to have a permanent drip from coke use?

yes you can have permanent damage from using coke b/c coke wears away at the cartilage in ur nose and can make a hole in it and eventually you will have to get surgery to fix it

Cocaine damages the heart permanently. My brother-in-law hasn’t used for 15 years and has had three open heart surgeries so far. The nose catches hell as well.
