Question by Kelly H: Can wellbutrin 150mg cause a positive drug test for cocaine?
I took a drug test and it showed up positive for cocaine and i have not been around it whatsoever. Iam currently taking wellbutrin 150mg, Straterra100mg, Trazadone300mg and am curious to know if that would be effecting the drug test. Iam very concerned what could be breaking down in my body.

I’m on the same dosage of Wellbutrin as you are, and I haven’t experienced that problem and my doctors have never mentioned to me that it could happen. Maybe you should call your GP and ask them what could have caused it?
