With any medication or drug, the person’s body weight, what they’ve been eating, and what their mood is will affect all the typical side effects. You can say that consciousness is a side effect of taking something like cocaine or any other stimulant.
So for your essay, I would give all these variables, calculate an average person’s size, what they would have eaten at what time, and what their mood is before answering this question fully. Also think about genealogy and what other mental illnesses or physical ones (heart disease, for example) that person may be predisposed to add to that.

Hello…
When cocaine users stop using cocaine, or when they end a cocaine binge, they immediately experience a “crash” which includes depression, fatigue, lack of pleasure, anxiety, irritability, sleepiness and a strong craving for more cocaine.
Some people experience agitation and extreme suspicion when they quit using cocaine, but cocaine withdrawal usually does not have visible physical symptoms like vomiting, chills and tremors that occur with the withdrawal of other drugs.
Cocaine affects the body both mentally and physically. Cocaine affects the body mentally because it causes depression, hallucinations and paranoia, and it also changes a persons behavior, most of the time for the worse. People using large amounts of cocaine frequently experience a hallucination known as “coke bugs.”
