Geneva man charged with domestic battery, drug possession
BATAVIA – A Geneva man faces two felony charges of possession of cocaine and of driving with a suspended license after he was convicted of continuing to drive while his license was suspended, according to police reports.

Marion County deputies have arrested a Wisconsin man for possession of cocaine. Franklin J. Jones, 39, of Racine, Wis., was stopped Jan. 7 for a traffic violation. According to the complaint, Deputy Jeremy Evans with the Marion County Sheriff’s Department stopped a vehicle on Interstate 79 for going 83 mph in a 70-mph zone.
