I personally know somebody who has been addicted to cocaine for 16 years, and I’m not joking, in their entire life they have spent somewhere close to half a million GBP on cocaine (they use everyday). Yet, they look healthy, are actually big built, and are have money (he owns his own company)
Why all crack-cocaine addicts have bad skin conditions, very skinny, have no money, ect.

No, not ALL crack addicts are scrawny and sickly. I know of a rich Houston suburb than could easily prove you wrong on that. (SPRING, TX)
But crack is attractive to the poor, who are unhealthy in general. If an already unhealthy person starts a serious drug habit of any sort (including alcohol- look at the wino bums), it’s a fairly treacherous, slippery slope.
Coke (powder) addicts, however, tend to have cash, health insurance, decent food, etc.

From my experience with cocaine, the drug is actually not all that bad – I am not planning on frequenting it, but if you have good cocaine, it actually can empower you and make you feel great, without many drawbacks or significant health risks. Effect of any drug depends on who uses it and how does the person use it.
