I recently enlisted in the Army National Guard and I’ve never been a drug user, not even Marijuana. However, yesterday I went to a friend’s house and they were smoking hookah there, which is just flavored tobacco. After I had been smoking the hookah for a few minutes, I found out that they had sprinkled cocaine on top of the shisha (flavored tobacco). I ship to bootcamp in two weeks and I need to get this out of my system as fast as possible so that I don’t get kicked out for something I didn’t mean to do. Any suggestions on how to cleanse my system?

According to some nurses it is their opinion that there is no quick way to flush it out of your system faster. Some people suggest that if take plenty of water it will speed up the process but the popular opinion is that only time will flush it out. In most cases it takes 72 hours for cocaine to clear your system. Keep in mind that drugs can be detected in the hair follicles for up to 3 months. It sounds like it depends on what type of testing they are going to use.
